About 20 years ago, I decided to eat healthier and became a vegetarian. This was pre-marriage and pre-kids. Now, I’m married to a “meat and potatoes” kind of guy and have three children. Plus, I’m of Italian heritage so I absolutely love to cook for my family! While I chose to be a vegetarian, I’ll leave it up to my kids to make that choice for themselves.
